As of this month, our talented Executive Chef M, has put together an entire new lunch menu, which is definitely worth trying with beautiful views over the ocean.
There are both Thai and Western food on the menu, however, for the love of Italian food, Chef M has added on the menu Western dishes that are more Italian-oriented and the Thai food is modern in style and interpretation. A few of the highlights of the new menu are linguini phad Thai, tempura soft shell crab with mango salad & wakame seaweed, green curry fettucini and Sareeraya matchamisu – a classic Italian dessert with matcha green tea flavor.
The amazing Black Burger might be, however, the most exciting dish on the menu. It is specially created by our Chef with squid ink sesame bun, spicy mayo, tender meat and caramelized onions. It comes served with coleslaw and a generous portion of delicious French fries.
To complement the meal, new drinks and monthly wine promotions are also available at Her Bar with complimentary Wi-Fi.

We are proud to announce the roll out of our new lunch menu, which debuted at our Chef’s Table this week. A few items were retired and there are a number of new items, including the always-popular spaghetti Bolognese, a gourmet anti pasti plate and a delicious deconstructed tuna salad. The menu also includes all the favorite Thai dishes.
The new menu is a move to increase offerings and stay relevant to customers with items that fit their tastes, whether it’s a cheese plate with a glass of wine, salad with a glass of mineral water or a burger and a bottle of beer. The most important was to continue serving seasonal fresh food, made to order, utilizing fresh produce, house made items, and whenever possible, locally-sourced ingredients.
Also the desserts menu has been revamped with new items, a few of the highlights being vanilla bean crème brulee, textures of chocolate and peanut butter parfait.
