An exciting new lunch menu unveils at Sareeraya

As of this month, our talented Executive Chef M, has put together an entire new lunch menu, which is definitely worth trying with beautiful views over the ocean.

There are both Thai and Western food on the menu, however, for the love of Italian food, Chef M has added on the menu Western dishes that are more Italian-oriented and the Thai food is modern in style and interpretation. A few of the highlights of the new menu are linguini phad Thai, tempura soft shell crab with mango salad & wakame seaweed, green curry fettucini and Sareeraya matchamisu – a classic Italian dessert with matcha green tea flavor.

The amazing Black Burger might be, however, the most exciting dish on the menu. It is specially created by our Chef with squid ink sesame bun, spicy mayo, tender meat and caramelized onions. It comes served with coleslaw and a generous portion of delicious French fries.

To complement the meal, new drinks and monthly wine promotions are also available at Her Bar with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Chef’s Table: Definitely the place to go for great seafood!

Meet our Executive Chef

Steven Ross Van Duyn was born in New Zealand and went to culinary school in Wellington, New Zealand. After working in top establishments in his home town, he set sails for Thailand as Executive Chef at the Beachcomber Resort Samui, the Dusit Princess Hotel Bangkok, Blue Lagoon Samui, Desert Palm Resort Dubai and finally at Sareeraya Villas & Suites on Samui’s Chaweng Beach, where he since serves the best from his superb repertoire of culinary delights.

Traditional Northern Style Khantoke Dinner

Originally a ceremony for highly honoured guests, Khantoke Dining is designed to be a social affair, with dishes served family-style.
